COVID-19 Updates

Thank you to every guest…past, present and future…for your ongoing support throughout this challenging time. It is much appreciated. We are really excited to be re-opening our little park and we can’t wait to see you here soon.

We recognise that whilst it is safe to open back up, some COVID-19 restrictions are still in place, so we’ve needed to make a few changes to the way we do things. After all, the safety of our guests and staff is the most important thing.

As our holiday park accommodation reopens, we are governed by the government guidelines and restrictions on opening. You can stay in any of our fully self-contained accommodation. For now, we have made the decision not to open our powered and unpowered sites.

Our indoor pool is warm and open for you to enjoy. Guest limits do apply in this space but we’ll keep an eye on this for everyone.

For the time being, our amenities block, camp kitchen, laundry and function room will remain closed.

Some of the things we are doing to keep you safe:

Contactless check-in and check-out procedures:

We are now offering completely contactless check-in & check-out procedures. Prior to your arrival, guests will be contacted to finalise their payment and guest registration forms will be available online. It is a requirement that guest registration forms must be completed prior to entering our park. On arrival, guests will be able to collect their arrival information from outside Reception and proceed directly to their cabin.

For anyone who hasn’t made a booking with us prior to arriving in Port Fairy, please contact us on 55681816. We’ll just need a little time to get your booking organised.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures across the park:

Our already vigilant cleaning regime has increased with additional cleaning and hygiene practices implemented throughout our park.

Our Cancellation Policy:

We know things can happen at the last minute, especially at the moment, so we’ve made our cancellation policy Super-Flexible for any new bookings up until September 18th 2020.

What you can do to help:

  • Please fill in our Guest Declaration Form before you arrive. We’ll send you a link for this the day before you check-in.
  • Please stay home if anyone in your family feels unwell or has a bit of a cold or flu. We’d love you to come back another time though!
  • Please let us know if you feel unwell while you are staying with us or shortly after you leave.
  • While you’re here wash your hands lots for 20 seconds with soap – clean hands are the best!
  • Sneezing in to your elbow or a tissue is always a good idea. Try not to touch your eyes, nose & mouth if you can.
  • Hand sanitiser will be available around the park but if you can bring along your own too, that would be great.
  • Our guests can’t have visitors at the moment or gather in groups of more than 20 people. We’ll have to leave the big parties for later!
  • Don’t worry, we’ll have lots of signs around the park to remind you, but please observe the 1.5 metre rule when hanging out in our communal areas.
