PORT FAIRY HOLIDAY PARK TERMS & CONDITIONS

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:
All guests, aged over 18 years, are required to be fully vaccinated or possess a certified medical exemption. Guests will need to provide proof of full vaccination before their arrival or upon check-in. 

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:
A deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation will lock your stay in when booking – except for stays during Christmas/January (December 23-January 30), and Easter where the deposit is 50% of your booking & the Folk Festival weekend full payment is taken.
Credit card payments will attract a surcharge of 1%.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:

We know plans can change so we’re always happy to refund (less a $30 administration fee), you just need to let us know within the time frames stated below.

For a refund, make any changes or cancel your booking:
60 days prior to arrival for peak periods (December 23 – January 30, March Long Weekend & Easter)
30 days prior to arrival for Victorian school holidays & long weekends; and
14 days prior to arrival for all other times.

Keep in mind that if you cancel in less than these times, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-book your accommodation for the dates you have cancelled. Please also note that we are unable to refund or credit your account for late arrivals or early departures. We highly recommend looking in to Travel Insurance options, which may cover you for any last minute cancellations, including Covid-19 related issues.

CHECK-IN: Sites from 12pm Cabins from 2pm

CHECK-OUT: Sites 11am Cabins 10am

RECEPTION HOURS: 9am-5pm – but we’re only ever a phone call away. Please see the after hours number located at Reception.

G’DAY REWARDS Memberships: Members get exclusive access to partner deals and promotions as well as saving you 10% on bookings (up to $50) & exclusive in-park benefits. Joining is easy – we can sign you up upon arrival!

BUNK BEDS: Just to let you know, little people need to be 9 years or above to sleep on the top bunk in any of our accommodation.

PETS: Pets are welcome on all of our powered & unpowered sites, so please fell free to bring your dog along with you on your break.

Some exclusions periods do apply – December 26th – January 9th, the long weekend in March (Port Fairy Folk Festival) and the Easter long weekend.

PLEASE NOTE – We DO NOT have any Pet Friendly Cabin accommodation. Dogs are not able to stay with you in any of our cabins

THE SERIOUS: This isn’t the fun ‘stuff’ but it needs to be said. We reserve the right to not take a booking at any time or to eject guests from the park when we deem it to be necessary. Any damage caused during a stay will be charged against the credit card used for your booking.

COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE: Rest assured, your safety is our number one priority throughout your stay, and we are & will continue to follow, all government advice and recommendations around safe hygiene practices.
